Buffington used to ship cement slag to Duluth. We carried a couple loads of it in '73 on the Affleck. Nearly filled every single hatch to the top , and then some.

Receives cargo only and that is stone.

As far asi know, Buffingtonis only a receiving port. It only receives one thing - Limestone.
