As of 9:10 p.m. EST on December 19, 2014 the CSL Welland is now clear of the Miraflores Locks in the Panama Canal. Got to see and watch her transit the lock as well. Was neat to see and watch!

She departed the Lock at 8:00 p.m. Central Time.

Another good looking vessel for Great Lakes service. Looking forward to seeing her in action next spring.

If I am not mistaken, I think her sistership the CSL St-Laurent was due in the Philippines this morning to take on fuel at Davao. I also see that the CSL Welland has a tentative ETA for Montreal, Quebec on January 2, 2015 at 2100 hours or 9:00 p.m.
