St.Clair still free-flowing (2016-01-22)

AIS showed the Canadian Ice Breaker Samuel Risley coming up from Detroit to the lower St. Clair River. Since the Dossin Cam shows large plates of ice moving in the Detroit River I decided to head to Harsens Island, to scope out the lower St. Clair, certain there would be plenty of ice there.
