That Port Authority slip was recently rebuilt as an international laydown area so it might be a new warehouse. The harbor camera is zoomed too close right now so I can't discern but a lot of development has happened in the last couple of years. Like garbear, I haven't been there during the nightmare year.

On the Duluth Harbor Cam, what is the building between the elevator and where JRB is now? Is it permanent or being torn down?

The only thing I can think that's there is a warehouse the Port Authority owns. Haven't been that way in months, so probably is something else.
