GLF boats have been very active loading Cliffs pellets this season including Marquette. Their AAA's, plus the Munson have been delivering to Toledo Torco, CBT and Indiana Harbor as well as Presque Isle running to IH.

Thanks Rod and Denny. Since I'm more focused on Lee A, I just couldn't remember. I've not "jumped ship" 😉! Go safe and stay healthy.

After unloading sand at the Soo Locks, Great Republic is on her way to Marquette with an ETA of 14:00. I've not known her to load at Marquette before. Anyone know for sure?

If I remember correctly front, back and both starboard and port sides.... ... seems like there were six different locations the boat could be maneuvered by. I never sailed but was on board several times...... shooting from memory here-- so somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I do remember too that the pilot house sits so far back that when you looked down facing the stern all you could see was water no deck.

I'm curious, does the Great Republic have operational controls on both forward and rear facings of her pilothouse?
