They havent stripped anything off of her. Its an ais glitch, its not uncommon

I think the ais has probably been removed and shipped off to somewhere. The battery died where we see it now. Makes me worry that they're stripping the ship.

The Anderson entered "long term" layup on January 17, 2025 at the Torco Dock in Toledo. So it has not sailed at all this season. The Philip R Clarke is laid up there as well.

And I believe it is the Marine Traffic website showing it on the US west coast, not the Boatnerd AIS site.

Where is the Arthur M Anderson

Thinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald sinking I was wondering where the Arthur M Anderson was. The AIS available on the Boatnerd site indicates the Anderson as being on the west coast of the United States. This cannot be accurate.
