Along the lakefront at the CBT or Cleveland Bulk Terminal which is located in Whiskey Island. The ore is unloaded here by larger and sometimes smaller vessels then it’s reloaded onto the river class ships. From there, they then travel up the winding, twisting, narrow Cuyahoga River to unload it. As I watch on Marine Traffic’s website, the river class ships unload the ore then upriver at either the C5 or C6 Blast Furnace. Hope this helps answers your questions. Glad I could help. Happy Holidays to you and your family as well.
