Several flights of stairs with landings if you want to stop to cath your breath (and I did). These were taken on the Dirk in March.

Saw the dirk vanekenvort and barge Michigan trader leaving Duluth yesterday and am curious as to how the crew gets up to the top of the pilot house? Is there an elevator or stairs or both? Any info is appreciated tia
