Had unloaded dry bulk cement powder, went out on the lake to clean her holds before loading taconite pellets. Common practice for Canadian bulkers that bring cement to Holcim in Duluth and load out taconite pellets or grain afterward.

Why did the Quebecois depart Duluth Thursday at 3 am and then returned at 8:30 am later that morning?
