When and where did you see the H.C. Jackson inbound on the Saginaw River today?

Looks like the Herbert C. Jackson is inbound on the saginaw river. i have no idea where shes heading. she used to go all the way to the upper river river but as of the last few trips shes made have only been to bay aggrigate in essexville. If she is heading for that dock thats where the Ann marie is.

Does anyone know what else is still scheduled to come into the saginaw river? I know traffic usually stops sometime in the winter
