I noticed it said self unloader but the two hulls they just launched also show as self unloaders when the IMO number is searched, so it is obviously just an error. Also, the gross tonnage given denotes a laker and not a panamax vessel for the two optional hulls.

In the link it has csl group in Montreal. Not csl international. Seems like a laker unless info posted is wrong.

it says it's a self discharging (self-unloader) bulk carrier. Thought they were going to be "gearless"

Just wanted to share what I believe are the IMO numbers for the optional 3rd and 4th bulk carrier new-builds for CSL.

IMO # 9694440 CSL Bulk Carrier #3
IMO # 9694452 CSL Bulk Carrier #4

Both IMO numbers have been assigned but no shipyard numbers have been assigned that I can find. Is it safe to say that CSL is going ahead with the options if IMO numbers have been assigned? Both the IMO number registries show CSL as the owner.
