I've read elsewhere she has end propulsion problems that couldn't be repaired at Sarnia so to the dry dock at Toledo.

Possibly towed to Toledo to go on the drydock at Ironhead ??? Why else would she come there from Sarnia ???

As of Tuesday 11/21/23 @ 20:30 hours she is in bound Toledo....Navigational status: Restricted Manoeuvrability

I was thinking much the same thing, especially with the smaller tug on the stern. Any more specific details?

Whatever is wrong with the Algoma Niagara? It's been sitting in Sarnia for a number of days now, and this morning (Tuesday), it's being towed by the Meredith Ashton.
