Burns harbor

The burns harbor must have sustained some sort of ice damage to the props or rudder as they are at the lakehead pipeline in superior with the nose ballasted down and the aft of the ship sitting out of the water. I drove by today Wednesday the 7th and there’s a crane near the ship but couldn’t see what was being done. Maybe just prop seals being replaced? Any info is appreciated tia
