Dry dock photos

When the submarine Cobia was dry docked and now with the Silversides being worked on my question is why are no photos available of the boats while in dry dock.  Two years ago, the battleship USS New Jersey was dry docked in the port of Philadelphia and while there guided tours were offered.  Those purchasing tour tickets were guided by knowledgeable guides as they walked into the dry dock, under and around the ship.  Would be interesting to see photos of the submarines and the work as it is being completed.
